How do i change my server from outlook express to rogers yahoo?

Rogers is your server. All you do is stop using outlook express and log in at Rogers to get your emails.. I have Rogers, but to be honest, I prefer using Outlook Express unless I'm away. Correction, when you log into yahoo mail you enter your rogers address i.e. joeblow@rogers.com and password. You don't go to the rogers site.
