hi steely, get a dsl broadband internet service provider change you internet name then when you do this you have to start a new e-mail address so then set it up in pop 3 you will find it will work much better. good luck hope i was helpful to you

How to change server set up?
I have windows mail but cant send pictures home as my host server cant be foud..POP3..so how do I re configure to allow me to do so?..many thanks in adanceHow to change server set up?
