How do I set-up a separate yahoo.net e-mail address to be used anywhere?

I will soon be wintering in Fla. and will be changing Servers. I want a universal yahoo.com (or.net) address, so I don't need to always be changing my address. How do I set-up a separate yahoo.net e-mail address to be used anywhere?
Yahoo mail is web-based mail, so you can access it from any computer anywhere. Just go to yahoo.com %26amp; click Mail link. You will be asked to sign in with your Yahoo screenname %26amp; password. That's all there is to it!

However, if you presently have an email client, such as Outlook Express with POP3, etc, for your email, you will have to make some adjustments to your settings in OE to forward to your Yahoo mail account
