Step 1

Double-click the ';My Computer'; icon on your desktop, or select the ';Start'; menu and click ';My Computer.';

Step 2

Click ';Dialup Networking.'; A window will open that displays all of your current dial-up connections.

Step 3

Select the dial-up connection you typically use and right-click it. In the pop-up menu that appears, click ';Properties.'; A window listing your connection options will appear on the screen.

Step 4

Click the tab that reads ';Server Types.'; Press ';TCP/IP Settings.'; Click the radio button next to ';Obtain an IP address automatically.'; Your computer will cease using any open DNS servers that you've added and will automatically begin using the default, geographic region-based DNS server assigned to it by your Internet service provider.

Hope it helps you. For more information http://www.iyogi.co.uk
