How do i change the incoming server for a comcast email account?

i believe it uses the pop3 server but i want to switch to imap4

how do i do that with comcast? and i use outlook so after that i need to change the outlook settings. can you explain to me how to do that too.How do i change the incoming server for a comcast email account?
