How do I change the server name?

I'm trying to set up email that came with my pc. Where do I go to change the server name, I put in the wrong one and the window doesnt come up now.How do I change the server name?

if you want to use outlook with your internet service provider

call your internet service provider for incomming and out going server info

then open outlook

at top choose tools

then accounts

then click mail

choose add

enter incomming and out going server,password info etc
